We have hit our target!

On Saturday, less than a third of the way through our challenge, we hit the £6,000 target which means HERBIE IS GETTING A NEW WHEELCHAIR! We celebrated with a banana dance which will not be shared here to protect viewers' sanity.

We will continue with our fundraiser until the end of March as originally planned - our teams are doing so well, it would be a terrible shame to stop them.

Additional funds raised will cover platform costs of the fundraiser and a donation will be made to Whizz Kids charity as we said when we set out. If we have enough left over from that, it will go towards an add-on for the wheelchair which we will probably need in a few years' time: an electric wheel to help when Herbie is getting tired. In conclusion: the game is still on and every penny raised will go to support Herbie and others like him. Thank you all for your amazing support!
